About Us
District Council 37 Health & Benefit Fund is located New York City. The Fund was established to provide benefits to the employees and qualified dependents of contributing employer agencies through Collective Bargaining Agreements with DC 37 AFSCME-AFL-CIO.
The Fund currently provides Hospital, Medical, Prescription Drug,
Dental, Optical, and Group Life Insurance benefits.

Benefit Highlights
Eligibility: Eligible dependents include your spouse,
domestic partner, and your dependent children
(up to age 26 without employer sponsored coverage).
Open Enrollment
Each year, Plan participants have the opportunity to review their current health insurance benefits and make changes for the new benefit year.
Changes to your coverage can only be made during the Fund’s Open Enrollment period. Outside of Open Enrollment, participants can make changes only if they experience a
Qualifying Event / Special Circumstances.
